No. There is no legal requirement for this either. How much do they cost to charge? Almost nothing. Around 2p to 5p per day. How fast can they go? The motor assists your pedalling up to 15.5mph, (can be boosted to 18.5mph) Faster is no problem but your legs are doing the extra.... Do they go without pedalling? To comply with current legislation the bikes are set up assist when you are pedalling. However different models can have a simple over-ride switch, do ask for advice. How realiable are they? Very reliable. There are only a few more moving parts than a normal bicycle. What kind of range do they offer? Well it depends load, gradient and on how much work you do & how much work the motor does. 20-30 Miles is a good 'ballpark figure'. Can the bikes be purchased through Cyclescheme and other cycle-to-work schemes? Yes, we can accept most of the reputable cycle-to-work voucher schemes, call for advice. Can the bikes be supplied anywhere in the UK? Yes, we have supplied e-cycles across the country (e-motorcycles across Europe & parts around the World to Australia!). How can I order & pay? Simple, ring through or email your order, we'll take your debit/credit card details over the phone and despatch. Cheques can be accepted but take a week. How long to deliver?
